Mariah Phillips is the Founder of Brainiac Beauty and creator of the viral "Sip & Pretty" Makeup Tutorial Party! Mariah offers over a decade of experience as a Makeup Artist and event strategist.

Before launching her beauty brand, she built a successful career planning national events, driving publicity campaigns, and meeting ambitious revenue goals as a fundraiser, digital marketer, and business development leader across nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

Her love for makeup runs just as deep. Mariah honed her artistry working with top brands like Shiseido, LUSH Cosmetics, and other industry leaders, including years behind Macy’s beauty counters while building her Public Relations career in the Tri-state area.

This unique blend of business savvy and beauty expertise fuels Brainiac Beauty’s mission: to help women not only master makeup, but also see the confidence and creativity it unlocks within.
